There are plenty of electric heaters to keep you warm on cold nights, and the covered deck allows you to cook in comfort even when it’s raining. The campsite is immaculate, as are the modern communal bathrooms. There is also a central visitor park that serves snacks and sells ice and firewood.
The park is located next to the Yaquina Bay Bridge and is about a 1.5 mile walk from the camp to the beach. The paved jetty trail is a lovely spot for jogging or biking, or kayak tours offer a different perspective on the park.
